Insurance Risk Management Programmes

Working with underwriters at Lloyds of London and other international insurers, ISEC provides specialist risk management surveys. We have a broad practice in this area covering, among others, political risk, special contingency and cash-in-transit insurance. Our surveys reflect our awareness and understanding of the variety of risks associated with different businesses and industries and also the countries in which they operate. Where possible, we will assist the insurer and client in devising strategies or executing programmes to reduce existing risks, thereby minimising claims and premiums.

Our pre-risk insurance surveys demonstrate the vulnerability of an organisarion to insured losses, identifying and assessing each of those risks e.g. employee infidelity, attack by external criminal elements and avoidable breakdowns in management or security controls. In each case, we look to assess all aspects of physical and procedural security, (including analysis of electronic and computer systems) with a view to limiting exposure to insured risks.

Our surveys can be adapted to suit both one-off or continuing assessments. Where clients have experienced difficulties in obtaining adequate insurance for novel or unusual risks, we will undertake surveys to assess and analyse those risks. We will then use our intimate knowledge and contacts within the insurance markets to assist our client in obtaining satisfactory cover.
