Situations may arise where clients are faced with a major incident which must be brought under immediate and effective management control. Fortunately these situations are rare but the damage to the clients reputation, assets, personnel and value of shares may be severe. Some may involve dealing with extensive media coverage, others may best be dealt with privately involving as few people as possible.
