Crisis
Management Services
Situations may arise where clients are faced with a major incident
which must be brought under immediate and effective management control.
Fortunately these situations are rare but the damage to the clients
reputation, assets, personnel and value of shares may be severe. At
ISEC, we have a wide range of experience of such situations, both domestic
and international, including:
 |
Malicious product contamination and
product extortion |
 |
Environmental contamination |
 |
Abduction of High Net Worth Individuals,
Senior Executives or members of their families |
 |
Emergency Repatriation of Personnel
(e.g. political unrest, death threats) |
 |
Major Pollution Incidents |
 |
Major Fraud and Theft |
 |
Total Computer System Failure (accidental
or technical) |
 |
Industrial espionage |
 |
Industrial Unrest |
 |
Arson and Malicious Damage |
 |
Disaster Recovery (e.g. fires and
bomb damage) |
|
|
Many of these situations are characterised by poor intelligence,
unreliable information and the client's need for a rapid response. Some
may involve dealing with extensive media coverage, others may best be
dealt with privately involving as few people as possible. Although no
two situations will be identical, we are able to formulate our approach
with the most relevant tactical and strategic overview, based on the
valuable experience we have developed to date.
Our
expertise also allows us to draw upon our knowledge and understanding
of the needs of the other professional advisers who may be part of the
client's team, e.g. insurers, lawyers, public relations consultants.
Our Crisis Management Team is available twenty four hours a day throughout
the year for deployment in any country.
